Cilla Cibi is a highly qualified chemist with a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Bharata Matha College and a Master's degree in Chemistry from St. Paul's College. Cilla's professional experience includes an internship as a QC Chemist at Central Quality Control Laboratory, where water and effluent testing, as well as latex and dry rubber testing, were performed. Cilla also completed an internship at the Naval Physical & Oceanographic Laboratory, focusing on rubber compounding and testing for underwater applications. Subsequently, Cilla worked as a Junior Research Chemist at AMCOS XL PAINTS (INDIA) PVT. LTD., developing a range of water-based and solvent-based paints.
