Daniela Kessler has held several key positions at Henkel AG & Co. KGaA, including Research & Development Manager and Corp. Director of Global Innovation Design for Hair Color. From 2002 to 2009, Daniela developed 3D in vitro model systems for hair and skin and managed global cosmetic raw material documentation. Currently, Daniela serves as the Corp. Director of R&D for Hair Color while also holding the title of Manager for R&D in Skin Care. Daniela earned a Ph.D. in Physiological Chemistry from Universität zu Köln and completed a Safety Assessor program in Safety Assessments of Cosmetics at Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
