Derya Ercan has an extensive background in risk advisory, financial planning, and business performance analytics, with over a decade of experience in various managerial roles. Derya began a career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Risk Advisory Consultant from September 2007 to July 2010. Following this, Derya held key positions at eBay GmbH as a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager from May 2016 to 2019, and later as Business Performance Analytics Lead from July 2019 to May 2022. Derya contributed to Turk Telekom's Corporate Business Unit as a Business Planning Manager from May 2015 to April 2016, and worked at AVEA in several business planning and budget control roles during 2014. Derya currently serves as the Head of Digital Business Performance at Henkel since June 2022. Derya earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Boğaziçi University.
