Eric Westerberg is currently the Assistant General Counsel for Intellectual Property at Henkel. They previously served as Head of Trademarks for North America at Henkel and held various positions including Senior Trademark Counsel and Trademark Counsel. Prior to Henkel, Eric worked as an Attorney at Thorpe North & Western from 2012 to 2016 and as Business Solutions Manager at Simply Mac from 2009 to 2012. Eric is pursuing a Juris Doctor at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Utah State University.
