Flora Zhen

Flora Zhen is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in finance and business management across various industries. Currently serving as the Steering Unit Head of Semiconductor Packaging Materials for APAC at Henkel since November 2011, Flora has held multiple significant roles including Project Manager in the Program Management Office and Business Strategy Lead for Consumer Electronics. Prior experience includes finance and demand management at GlaxoSmithKline, significantly growing the Lucozade brand, and serving as a Senior Finance Manager at Wrigley, where Flora played a crucial role in product commercialization and profitability enhancement. Flora began her career as an Auditor at KPMG and holds an EMBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in English from Sun Yat-sen University.
