George Thomas

George Thomas has extensive experience in leadership roles within Henkel, currently serving as Sr. Vice President and Regional SBU Head for Industrials in the Americas since 2007. Previous positions include Vice President roles focusing on the adhesive industrial sector and global segments such as Telecom, Power, and Solar, as well as leadership in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Prior experience encompasses global market segment management and product technology roles at Henkel and other organizations, with a strong emphasis on market development and engineering in the electronics and manufacturing sectors. George holds an MBA in Finance and International Business Management from Bentley University, along with advanced degrees in Environmental Engineering and Chemical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, complemented by executive education from Harvard Business School.
