Harm Peters is a forward-thinking leader with 20 years of experience in value creation across five industries, including construction, industrial goods, engineering, chemicals, and consumer goods, in 35 countries. Currently serving as Managing Director at Henkel Adhesive Technologies, they oversee the Construction & Industrials Business Units across India, the Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, and North America. Previously, Harm held various strategy and management roles at Henkel, Heineken, and in an international family business. Harm has a strong track record in rapid expansion, new market entries, turnarounds, and successful integration of acquisitions, attaining double-digit profit growth in each position held. Harm earned multiple Master of Science degrees from Eindhoven University of Technology and Tilburg University.
