John Gruver

John Gruver is a seasoned professional in package engineering and development, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Packaging at Henkel since 2016. Prior to this, John held various significant positions, including Senior Global Packaging Manager at Avon and Manager of Packaging Innovation at PepsiCo. John's career began at Procter & Gamble, where they worked in package engineering and development from 1986 to 1997, and later managed package development at Nestlé Waters from 1997 to 2004. Additionally, John has contributed as Principal of Global Package Development at Unilever from 2006 to 2015. John is pursuing an MBA and holds a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Engineering Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
