John P. Preysner

John P. Preysner, Jr. is the Vice President and Associate General Counsel/Compliance & Privacy Officer at Henkel Corporation, where they oversee contract negotiations, antitrust counseling, and compliance programs. With a robust history in industrial distribution, commercial drafting, and legal issues related to the aerospace and medical device sectors, they have also served as Corporate Counsel at Loctite and as an Associate at Robinson+Cole. John began their legal career as a Law Clerk for Hon. Robert L. Krechevsky at the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts. Currently, they are pursuing further education at Yale University and the University of Connecticut School of Law.
