Joyce Qi is currently the Head of Culture, DEI, and CSR for Henkel's APAC region, leading a team focused on delivering cultural solutions. Previously, Joyce held various roles at Henkel, including Head of Talent, Leadership, Learning & Development, as well as Regional HRBP for APAC. Joyce's earlier experience includes HR positions at Eastman as HR Representative and HRBP for Greater China. Joyce earned an MBA from Concordia University-Wisconsin and is pursuing an Advanced Functional Certificate in HR Business Partner 2.0 from the Academy to Innovate HR.
