Joyce Wango is a seasoned finance and accounting executive with over two decades of strategic experience in the FMCG sector, currently serving as the Head of Business Controlling for Henkel consumer brands in Kenya and Nigeria. Previously, Joyce held various roles at SAMEER Africa Limited, driving substantial improvements in financial accuracy and operational efficiency. They began their career as an accountant at Palbina Travel Limited, where they digitalized accounting processes and enhanced overall claims management. Joyce earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa between 2008 and 2011.
