Kingley Lim

Kingley Lim is a seasoned HR leader and digital HR innovator with extensive experience in transformation, talent, and culture strategy. They have held pivotal roles at several prominent companies, including serving as the APAC Head of Culture, DEI, CSR & Talent at Henkel since 2025 and previously as a Senior Talent Partner at JUUL Labs. Kingley also contributed to L'Oréal as a Senior HR Business Partner and led talent acquisition and DEI initiatives across the SAPMENA region. Kingley earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Human Resources from Singapore Management University.
