Lynette Wagner is the Vice President of Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, Diversity, and Inclusion at Henkel. With a rich background in talent management and organizational development, Lynette has held leadership roles at various companies, including Director of Training and Development at Waldenbooks and General Manager of Training and Organization Development at Weight Watchers International. Lynette's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Human Resources from The New School and a BA in Education and English from the State University of New York at Fredonia. Currently, Lynette continues to lead initiatives in talent acquisition and diversity at Henkel while also serving as VP of Global Learning and Development at Cartus.
