Marko Mintas

Marko Mintas serves as the President of Henkel Adria, having held various leadership positions since February 2011 within the company, including Country Manager for Consumer Brands in Croatia and Slovenia, General Manager in Ukraine, and International Brand Manager for Central Eastern Europe. Marko's expertise spans the FMCG and CPG sectors, focusing on the Laundry and Home Care business units, and includes overseeing sales operations, strategic branding initiatives, and cross-country team leadership. Marko Mintas also has prior experience with IBM and holds multiple executive education credentials from prestigious institutions, including INSEAD and Harvard Business School Online, alongside a Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Economics from the University of Zagreb.
