Mashuri is currently the Head of Engineering SEA & ANZ at Henkel, a role they have held since 2025. Prior to this, they worked at PT Henkel Adhesive Technologies from 2016 to 2025 in various positions including Site Manager and Manufacturing Engineering Manager. Mashuri also gained experience as a Production Engineer at PT Supra Aluminium Industri from 2005 to 2008, and held several supervisory roles at PT Coats Rejo Indonesia between 1997 and 2003. They earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang (UMM) between 1991 and 1997.
