Nathan Du is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in the industrial sector. Currently serving as the Head of Quality Cluster for Japan and Korea at Henkel since November 2012, Nathan has developed executive quality strategies for key regional accounts, improved Henkel Adhesives standards, and driven effective implementations. Previously, Nathan held several roles at SABIC, including Regional Customer Satisfaction Manager, and contributed to quality assurance as the Shanghai Plant QA Manager. Additionally, Nathan spent eight years at Momentive Performance Materials, advancing from Process Engineer to QA Manager, where efforts included establishing QA/QC systems and enhancing service excellence. Nathan holds an MBA from The University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor's degree in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from Qingdao University of Science and Technology.
