Robert leads legal and risk management functions for various industrial and consumer business units, overseeing a team of 50 professionals. Previously, Robert served in various legal roles at Pratt & Whitney and Henkel Corporation, focusing on labor, employment, and litigation matters. Robert has a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law and additional certificates in International Management and Leadership.
