Silke Heiber

Silke Heiber is an experienced professional with a strong background in Supply Chain Management and Information Technology. Currently serving as Team Lead Manufacturing (IT) and Senior Process Consultant SCM at Henkel since April 2012, Silke specializes in the analysis, definition, and optimization of supply chain processes, as well as SAP ERP implementation and project management. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Deloitte & Touche, where project management and supply chain optimization were key responsibilities. Silke's earlier roles include contributions to Miele's information management and logistics operations, as well as research at the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics. An academic background in Business Mathematics was achieved at TU Dortmund University.
