Silke Less has extensive experience in process ownership and consulting within the realm of intercompany and customer service processes, primarily at Henkel AG & Co. KGaA since January 2003. In various roles, including Global Process Owner for Intercompany & Customer Service in the Henkel Consumer Business and Global Business Process Owner for the Laundry & Home Care division, Silke has been responsible for the implementation of intercompany strategies, global coordination of processes involving SAP systems, and support for finance operations across multiple regions. Prior to Henkel, Silke held consulting positions at Itelligence AG, APCON Professional Concepts, and Andersen Consulting, managing numerous SAP implementation projects and specializing in financial and controlling areas across various ERP environments. Silke holds a Business Administration Diploma from the University of Cologne and additional qualifications in information technology and organization.
