Stephan Holz

Stephan Holz is currently serving as the Manager of Group Reporting and Group Systems at Henkel since April 2024. Prior to this role, Stephan held the position of Manager of Group Finance & Reporting Processes at Van Leeuwen Pipe and Tube Group from June 2021 to April 2024. Additionally, Stephan worked at Benteler Distribution International GmbH from January 2016 to June 2021, where responsibilities included Head of Shared Service Center Accounting, Global Application and Demand Manager Finance, and Global Process Architect Finance. Earlier experience at BENTELER Group included roles as Project Manager Accounting, completion of a Master Thesis, and working as a Working Student from January 2011 to December 2015. Stephan began a career at Deutsche Bank in 2006, first as an Apprentice and later as a Secondary Job employee until December 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Administration, both from the University of Düsseldorf, with studies spanning from 2008 to 2013.
