Todd Morley

Todd Morley currently serves as the Leader for North American Distribution Services at Henkel, overseeing 16 distribution centers across the US and Canada since May 2022. Prior to this role, Todd held the position of Vice President of Operations at DMA Sales, LLC, managing six distribution facilities and two 3PL locations from July 2021 to May 2022. Todd's experience includes key roles such as Director of North American Distribution at Pure Fishing and Distribution Center Manager at Expeditors, with notable achievements in logistics transformation at Fender Musical Instruments Corporation and overseeing logistics during the Coty acquisition of Philosophy. Earlier career experience includes teaching mathematics and operations management at HSN. Todd holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Harvard Extension School and has completed a MicroMasters in Supply Chain Management from MITx. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, along with a Teaching Certification in Mathematics.
