Beth Ralston

Beth Ralston has more than 20 years of experience in the architecture and project management industry. Beth is currently working as a Chief Member at Chief, a private network focused on empowering women leaders. Prior to this, they held various roles at Henricksen, including Vice President of Business Development and Architectural Products Manager. Beth was responsible for growing the company's presence in the Illinois and Wisconsin regions by advocating for modular architectural solutions. Before joining Henricksen, Beth worked at CBRE as a Project Manager, where they led comprehensive project teams and successfully delivered projects such as the McDonald's Corporate Headquarters. Beth also gained experience at FGM Architects as an Associate and LEED AP, specializing in sustainable design. Their career started as an architectural intern at Ruck/Pate.

Beth Ralston holds a BS degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
