Ryan Esche

Ryan Esche is the Principal + Vice President at Henricksen. Ryan has over 15 years of experience in the commercial furniture industry. Ryan began their career as a sales representative for Knoll and then transitioned to product development. In 2009, they joined Allsteel as the Director of Product Development for Seating. Ryan then moved to HNI Corporation in 2017, where they served as Vice President of HNI ONE Global Accounts. In this role, they were responsible for guiding clients to holistic solutions that connected the strengths and capabilities of the entire HNI family worldwide. Ryan has a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master's degree from Northwestern University.

Ryan Esche earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business. Ryan also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Calvin University, where they majored in Business Administration and Management.

They are on a team with Michael Moore - GM, Synergy, Keith Cooper - Principal & GM, New York, and Tim Miller - Principal + Vice President. Ryan Esche reports to Russell Frees, President + CEO.
