Henry Guest Hosue is a collection of short-term rentals based on a philosophy of artful curation. 

Roughly half of active Airbnb listings were added in the last two years, and with it came a wave of uninspiring spaces filled with bland and wasteful fast furniture. Groups like Sonder bought up thousands of properties in a race to scale to ridiculous valuations. 

After staying in many during the pandemic ourselves, we thought there was a better, more sustainable way of creating spaces that feel like a home you want to slow down and enjoy. But we never intended on doing it ourselves. 

We stumbled across this house two years ago, it was in disrepair, and the front of the building was so water damaged you could cut into the wood pillars with a butter knife. But we bought it, and over two years of restoring and sourcing, we thought the approach was worth sharing.
