John Jex

Service Technician

John Jex currently serves as Support Supervisor II at Henry Schein One, overseeing a team of technicians providing customer support for Dentrix Enterprise software since May 2022. John's career began at Hundegger USA, where from September 2001 to January 2015, John held the positions of Service Representative and Parts Manager, translating software, repairing and installing machinery, managing spare parts, and supervising the shipping and storage of parts. John Jex holds a Diploma in Network and System Administration from Stevens-Henager College of Business-Provo and has education from Utah Valley University.
