With over 20 years of global credit and operations experience across various industries including technology and manufacturing, they have held senior positions at Cisco and Microsoft. Buggs has developed credit policies and procedures, improved cash flow, and led teams in multiple regions including North America and Latin America. They hold a Master's degree in Human Resources and a BS in Business Administration.
