Pascal Weyermann

Pascal Weyermann is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources for the Global Oral Reconstruction Group at Henry Schein since July 2017, Pascal also operates as the CEO of Weyermann Consulting, specializing in human resource management strategies and change management in intercultural settings since November 2013. Previous roles include HR Director for Switzerland and EMEA at Kelly Services, Head of Human Resource Management at EM Microelectronic-Marin SA, and various leadership positions in corporate human resources at COMET Holding AG and Stahl Gerlafingen AG. Pascal began a career in human resources management at Swiss Post, progressing through various managerial roles. Educationally, Pascal obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Applied Psychology in Zurich.
