Peter Michaelides

Peter Michaelides is a Senior Director of Process Excellence at Henry Schein, specializing in business transformation, process design, and Lean management systems. They previously held managerial roles at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where they implemented Lean methodologies, achieving significant financial and employee engagement improvements. At UBS, Peter successfully led strategic initiatives in business and process transformation that resulted in substantial cost reductions and asset increases. Peter holds an MBA in New Venture Creation from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology at the same institution.
