We build high-performing workforces for infrastructure, construction and energy projects across Australia, Asia and the UK.

Hen's Teeth is a specialist talent consultancy. Filling roles is sometimes the output – but it's rarely the real problem. We diagnose what's going wrong in how you attract, plan for and manage your people, then fix it.

We're a consultancy, not an agency. We embed, we don't outsource. Our people sit with your team, join your stand-ups and operate with the same urgency you do. When something goes sideways at 3pm, we're already in the room.

Three pillars of work:

• Workforce Strategy & Planning – Workforce plans that connect to your business plan, not spreadsheets that sit in a drawer. Know who you need, when you need them, and where they'll come from.

• Talent Function Transformation & Leadership – Redesign talent acquisition functions and lead them through change: structure, process, tech stack and employer brand. We also provide interim TA leadership when you need it now, not in six months.

• Talent Acquisition, Mobilisation & EVP – When you need people, we find them. We embed experienced talent professionals inside your business, at any scale, supported by executive search and EVP work that makes the right candidates say yes.

Where we've shown up:

• 1,500+ professionals mobilised across major projects
• Sydney Metro SSTOM ($5B+) – workforce mobilisation for complex operations
• Spark NEL ($11B+) – specialist talent support across project phases
• Transgrid 10-year workforce plan – long-range planning for critical skills
• 34% increase in female participation across mobilised programmes

If you're wrestling with workforce gaps, talent function performance, or mobilising a major project, we'd rather have a conversation than send you a capability deck.
