Lee Turner, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people operations and culture management. Currently serving as Co-Founder of HENSLEE HR since May 2022, Turner focuses on providing holistic HR solutions for early-stage companies. In addition, Turner holds roles as a Board Member at Project Helping and People Leader at StartupExperts, an exclusive community of HR, Finance, and Ops leaders. Previous experience includes impactful positions at The Upside, Verana Health, Apple, and various other companies, where Turner demonstrated a strong capacity for scaling organizations, enhancing employee engagement, and driving diversity and inclusion initiatives. Turner earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from Florida State University and possesses a proven track record of fostering positive workplace cultures and improving business outcomes.
