Celia Bartel

Celia Bartel is an experienced engineering professional specializing in naval and ground radar systems. Since August 2018, Celia has held multiple leadership roles at HENSOLDT, including Head of Naval and Ground Radar Engineering and IFF Customizing, as well as serving as the IFF Bid Team Leader. Prior to this, from October 2014 to August 2018, Celia worked at Airbus DS EBS as the IFF and Datalink Key Account Manager and served as IFF Technical Manager, overseeing project life cycles and technical management. Celia's career began at Cassidian from October 2011 to September 2014 as an IFF System Engineer, where extensive expertise in secondary surveillance radars was developed. Celia's academic background includes a Master's degree in Avionic System Design from Cranfield University and an engineering degree from Ecole nationale supérieure d'Ingénieurs de Constructions aéronautiques. Key achievements include writing technical documentation and defining integration and testing strategies for complex systems.
