Patrick Mayer

Patrick Mayer is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief Of Staff and Business Development Manager for HENSOLDT since October 2015, where responsibilities include the implementation of HENSOLDT US Strategy in collaboration with the CEO. Previously, Patrick held the position of Strategy Manager, focusing on strategic business development and M&A processes, including target identification, strategic fit analysis, and support during due diligence and post-merger integration. Additionally, Patrick has contributed to country analysis, portfolio strategy, and market intelligence initiatives. Prior to HENSOLDT, Patrick completed a dual degree program at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University, earning a Bachelor of Arts from 2012 to 2015 while working at Airbus Defence and Space.
