Sascha Ackva is currently the Systems Engineering Processes Methods and Tools Lead at HENSOLDT since 2025. From 1993 to 2005, they served as an Officer in the Bundeswehr. Following that, Sascha held a leading role as a Systems Engineer at Airbus Defence and Space from 2005 to 2015, focusing on the definition and implementation of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles. Between 2016 and 2020, they worked as a Systems Architect at Continental, where they served as the system lead engineer for ADAS camera projects and as the Process Manager for the model-based System Architecture development framework.
