Thomas Spitzner

Thomas Spitzner currently serves as the Head of Supply Chain Quality at HENSOLDT, overseeing a team of 10 and driving the department's strategic shift from a reactive to a preventative approach. Prior experience includes leading the Supply Chain Quality Optronics team at HENSOLDT, where processes were optimized, and a significant role at OSRAM, managing supplier audits, coordinating an international team, and defining quality standards. Spitzner has a strong background in supplier qualification and electronic component specification, complemented by experience as a CAD Engineer at Balfour Beatty Rail GmbH.
