Thomas P. is a Principal Operational Researcher at HEOR, leading a newly formed team focused on developing innovative mathematical and software solutions. Previously, Thomas held roles as Principal Data Scientist and Senior Data Scientist, working on various health economics projects for pharmaceutical clients. Thomas also served as an Assistant Lecturer in Aerospace Engineering at Coventry University, teaching topics such as fluid dynamics and computer-aided design. Academic experience includes a PhD from the University of Leeds, where research centered on modeling fish migration through computational fluid dynamics. Thomas co-founded PubhD Leeds, facilitating public engagement with research, and completed a research internship at Airbus, focusing on structural optimization and additive manufacturing. Thomas holds an Integrated PhD & MSc in Fluid Dynamics & Agent-based Modelling, as well as an Integrated Master's in Aeronautical and Aerospace Engineering from the University of Leeds.
