Frank Clark

Frank Clark is the Director of Quality Assurance for the West Division at HEPACO, LLC, where they are currently engaged in overseeing quality assurance practices. With a career in the environmental field beginning in 1991, Frank has extensive experience in Operation Management, Project Management, and Emergency Response, among other specialties. Previously, Frank held the role of Senior Project Director at HEPACO, LLC, and served as Director of Industrial Services at Environmental Management Specialists, Inc. Their educational background includes an Associate's degree in Management from Lincoln Technical Institute, earned in 1986. Throughout the years, Frank has contributed to numerous organizations, enhancing their operational and project management capabilities.
