Ray Delgado is a Regional Human Resources Business Partner and Army Veteran with 15 years of experience in human resources, specializing in high-speed manufacturing environments. They have held HR leadership roles at several companies, including Georgia-Pacific, Amazon, and Mission Foods, where they focused on talent acquisition, employee development, and compliance management. Delgado holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Shorter University, and they are fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Currently, they are serving as the Southeast HRBP at HEPACO, LLC.
