Ömer Baran

Ömer Baran is an IT professional with over 25 years of experience across various sectors. They began their career as a System Engineer at Probil from 1995 to 1998 and later held positions including Network Security Manager and Service Solutions Director at BDH from 2008 to 2011. Ömer served as the Value Added Services Deputy General Manager at TEKNOSER from 2012 to 2015 and briefly worked as the Deputy General Manager at Telcoset in 2021. Currently, they are the General Manager at HEPAPI since 2025. Ömer holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi, which they completed in 1997.
