I help startups and small businesses implement HR tech that works, streamlining onboarding, payroll, and compliance within your budget.

My clients are founders, people leaders, and fractional CFOs who are tired of juggling onboarding, payroll, and compliance without the tools or time to do it all. That’s where I come in.

🔧 What I Do:
• HRIS selection & implementation (BambooHR, Gusto, Rippling, etc.)
• Payroll & onboarding system setup
• Multi-state compliance configuration
• SOPs & workflow automation
• Bilingual HR support (English/Spanish)

✨ My approach is hands-on, people-first, and tech-smart. I meet you where you are and help you build an HR foundation you can actually grow on.

With over two decades of experience in HR, I specialize in configuring HR systems that scale with your team, save time, and mitigate risk. Whether you're hiring your first employees or cleaning up a patchwork process, I build HR foundations that grow with you.

Let’s connect if you’re ready to simplify HR and focus on what matters—your people.
