The Her Mano Group is a family-founded consulting firm partnering with nonprofits, public agencies, and mission-driven leaders to build a world where every person has the power to prosper.
Through fundraising, advocacy, and relationship-building, we help organizations secure the resources, connections, and community support they need to thrive.
Founded by siblings Stephanie Dominguez Walton and Marc Dominguez, Her Mano Group is rooted in lived experience and guided by a deep commitment to equity. Together, we bring more than 60 years of combined experience across fundraising, advocacy, operations, technology, hospitality, and community leadership. We believe meaningful change happens through trusted relationships, thoughtful strategy, and a shared commitment to community.
