Her Promise Circle Foundation is a Decatur-based nonprofit serving women across DeKalb County and beyond by removing barriers to preventative wellness education, resources, and community support.

We exist because too many women delay care until stress, burnout, or emotional overwhelm reach crisis levels—often due to cost, access limitations, time constraints, isolation, or lack of supportive, culturally responsive spaces.

Our belief is simple and guiding:
Every woman deserves access to the preventative education, resources, and community she needs to lead a balanced life.

Her Promise Circle Foundation intervenes upstream by providing accessible, low-cost, and free programming that supports emotional well-being, stress regulation, spiritual grounding, and sustainable life rhythms—before women reach breaking points that strain healthcare systems, families, and workplaces.

What We Do

Our community-based programs focus on:
