Founded by Mel Berry and Holly Woodford, Her Spirit is more than just a platform — it’s a movement built by women, for women. As endurance athletes, social entrepreneurs, and unapologetic changemakers, Mel and Holly have experienced first-hand the barriers women face when it comes to getting active, and they decided to do something about it.

Together, they’ve created a space where women can connect with sport, find support, inspiration, and practical tools to get started and enjoy all the benefits that sport has to offer.
