Sandra Ma is the Co-founder and CEO of Jovial, where the focus is on developing effective workplace communication through interactive courses and consulting. Sandra also serves as a Mentor for Their Workplace, supporting the growth of women and non-binary leaders. Previously, Sandra held significant roles, including Director of Product Management at Ocrolus and Director of Product Operations at Perch, driving product strategies and operations within leading tech and finance companies. Notable early experience includes a tenure at Google, where Sandra advanced product strategies and commercialization efforts across various teams, as well as roles in revenue optimization at MTV Networks and Barclays Capital. Sandra earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
