Luisa Cairo

Luisa Cairo is an experienced professional with a background in project management and innovation. Luisa's career includes roles such as Technical Project Manager at BI-REX Competence Center and Project Manager at BIP, where the focus was on the Energy & Industrial sector. Previously, Luisa contributed to the experimental ICARO project at CLab UNIMORE, utilizing a Design Thinking approach to address real-world challenges through multidisciplinary teams. Additional roles include Graduate Management Trainee at Comune di Rogliano and various positions in project management and marketing, including stints at Art Hero Production and GN srl. Luisa holds a Master's degree in Business Management Consulting from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Calabria. Currently, Luisa is serving as IT Product Manager at Gruppo Hera.
