Roberto Serrano

Roberto (Rob) Serrano is an experienced professional currently serving as a Production Supervisor at Heraeus Covantics since October 2025. Prior to this role, Rob held various positions at Sonora Quest Laboratories and Laboratory Sciences of Arizona, including Clinical System Analyst and Operations Manager, from January 2009 to October 2025. Rob's background also includes a tenure as Production Supervisor at PepsiCo from January 2007 to January 2009, and another Production Supervisor role at United Technologies in 2006. Additionally, Rob served in the United States Air Force from December 1984 to November 2005, achieving the rank of Avionics Flight Chief and First Sergeant. Rob holds an Associate of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Bayamon and an Associate of Science degree in Avionics Maintenance Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
