Carsten Diehl

Carsten Diehl is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Heraeus since April 2022, Carsten has previously held the role of Legal Counsel in the same department, focusing on M&A. Prior to this, Carsten worked as a Rechtsanwalt at Pinsent Masons from January 2020 to March 2022, specializing in corporate and M&A matters. Legal training included positions as a Rechtsreferendar at Landgericht Frankfurt am Main and several internships at Heraeus, CMS Deutschland, and KPMG Law, with a focus on corporate law and M&A. Carsten holds a Zweites Staatsexamen from Oberlandesgericht Frankfurt am Main and an Erstes Staatsexamen in Rechtswissenschaft from Goethe University Frankfurt.
