Clara Mao

Clara Mao currently serves as Senior Manager of Corporate Development and Strategy at Heraeus, focusing on strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and portfolio management since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Consultant at Warburg Pincus LLC and Head of Corporate Development at China Biologic Products Holdings, where Clara engaged in strategic planning, business development, and M&A activities. Previous positions also feature leadership in business development at GHP Healthcare Holdings and investment roles at Fosun Group and AstraZeneca, emphasizing overseas investments and corporate strategic initiatives. Academically, Clara is pursuing an MBA in International Healthcare at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and holds an MSc in International Securities from ICMA Centre, as well as a BSc in Journalism from Shanghai International Studies University.
