Heiko Braun is the Head of Commercial Law at Heraeus, having previously served as Senior Legal Counsel in the same department from 2011 to 2023. Prior to joining Heraeus, Heiko was an attorney specializing in M&A and corporate law at CMS Law Tax from 2008 to 2011. Heiko is currently pursuing Pre-Law Studies at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg and has also enrolled in Legal Studies at Philipps-Universität Marburg.
