James Yardy

Project Engineer

James Yardy has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as a Project Engineer at Heraeus since November 1996. In this role, James leads project teams from feasibility to manufacture while ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 standards, focusing on identifying development opportunities based on market needs and improving designs through feedback. Prior to this position, James worked as a Lab Relocation Consultant at Marcus Consultants from 1994 to 1996, where responsibilities included relocating Swift Levick Ferrite processing and testing labs and selecting and training technicians. James's earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Lab Technician at Swift Levick Magnets from 1987 to 1994, where duties involved quality assurance, process control, and research and development in a ceramic magnet plant. James holds a Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Derby and an Associate's degree in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering from R C A T, in addition to academic achievements in music theory and performance.
