Jeff Guo

Jeff Guo currently serves as the Global Head of Operations at Heraeus since May 2021, following a tenure as Head of Operations & Global Supply Chain for Heraeus Photovoltaics from September 2016 to April 2021. Previous roles include Operations Manager and Plant Manager at AkzoNobel, where responsibilities spanned from July 2014 to June 2016 and from September 2011 to June 2014, respectively. Additionally, Jeff Guo worked as a Production & Supply Chain Manager at AkzoNobel from September 2009 to August 2011 and as a Production Manager at Shanghai Schering-Plough Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd from July 1996 to October 2007. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Canberra (2009-2011) and a Bachelor of Science in Fine Chemical from East China University of Science and Technology (1992-1996).
